I am a picky eater turned culinary art graduate that loves to cook and share food. It took awhile for me to find my passion and what I wanted to do with my life, but when I did it stuck and I fall in love with it more every day.
There is so much history, so many cuisines and the food industry and food technique as we know it are constantly changing and I love that about it.
I try to share what I have learned and what I am learning with random little tidbits and rambling (because I'm just a sharer and I can't help it) with all of you in my spare time of trying to find my place in this industry.
